《黎明行者之血》（The Blood of Dawnwalker）中有大量任务等待玩家完成。从随机任务、各类活动到隐藏任务，游玩过程中你很容易在转角处被各种内容吸引，不知不觉就走偏了。本作以叙事为核心，并没有什么“正确”的游玩方式——如果你愿意，甚至可以跳过所有任务，直接动身去拯救你的家人。
